In which my life feels like the title of a Wilson Phillips song

Got you with that one, didn't I?

Father Bee-Spot finally saw a specialist, has had the packing of death removed from his nostril and is resting comfortably on lots of meds. He's been worked up and over by an ENT, general practitioner and cardiologist. Blood work will be completed next week, but for now, he's ok. Thanks so much for your kind thoughts and words. Especially you, Shain. Today, I'm at home to make sure he's all right, take his blood pressure, contemplate a career change to nursing, etc.

Catch you on the flipside,

B

First time commenter here. I would say that I love your blog, 'cause I do, but it seems awkward given the circumstances.

Anyway, I'm very sorry to hear about the stress that you and your family are going through right now.

I think that you can sustain and that things will go your way but that you did not get yourself into your own mess. In my opinion.

Good to hear it's coming to a resolution.

Best wishes to your dad.

[and you].

Wow, I missed drama! Carter the Unstoppable Nosebleed, huh? This has been a problem in my family for years. Have your dad's blood checked for Von Willebrand's Disease. All it means is your blood doesn't clot as well as it should, and if you're ever bleeding profusely you need to be given a special nasal spray to help it clot. My dad, brother, and myself all have Von W.

your dad is such an attention whore. this is totally the gateway for him to start writing your blog. and frankly, it's not a bad idea.

also, when are you going to start blogging about sneaking the boyfriend into your bedroom through the window? readers want to know.

Bee-Girl,
I wish your dad the best. Medical problems suck. Just don't steal any of his meds, ok.

This may be slightly dated but on the pics of the football game, In the last one it appears that everyone is giving a #1 to the field lighting? I know Oklahoma is sort of deprived compared to us "Back East" (sort of) but electric lights??? Jeeeez.

Hope all is well.

Boyfriend through the window? What is this madness? Did you take pictures? The public has a right to know.

Couple things:

1. Why do you wrap yourself up in these chains, Blythe?
2. To read about Blythe sneaking her man-whore through the window, you have to go to another blog.
3. Glad your dad is getting better.
4. Hello Shain.
