An open letter to everyone who won't shut up about Atonement or There Will Be Blood:

I have now seen them both. You're welcome.

p.s. I have not yet seen No Country for Old Men. My apologies.

I know nothing about this There Will Be Blood. I'm going to assume that it is bloody but beyond that, no clue.

I did not like the ending of No Country.

there's surprising little blood in there will be blood, but of course there was indeed blood.

my favorite part of atonement was the bag of reeses pieces.

Someone whose movie-going opinions I trust said There Will Be Blood is the best thing he has seen in years. (No, he doesn't watch The Wire and I will also mention that he has plenty of opinions I don't trust as I broke off our engagement. . . )We did however always laugh at the same stuff while watching movies or TV. My brother in law who likes stuff because someone says he is supposed to says Atonement is a great film but my sister said it was mostly boring. Hoping the bootleg man that I encounter near my school will have these movies but odds are he will have copies of "Meet the Spartans" and "Rambo". Don't judge. . . I hate going to the movie theater. Mostly because I hate most people and enjoy my dog's company more.
