It's Friday, I'm in Love

Not. Not even remotely. In fact, I'm in hate. Except I was taught not to say hate. Instead, I had to say severely dislike. I hate that I had to say that.

Things I am in hate with: Asshat drivers of the OKC metro area. Rudy Giuliani. Work. Cell phone bills. Student loans. Unloading the dishwasher. Drying my hair. Mint mojito gum. Hannah Montana. Baked Lays. Blogs. Sitemeter. Cheap tequila. People who leave pizza boxes open for all of the warmth to escape leaving cold, congealed slices. Sore boobs. The fact that there is NO GOOD BEER in the entire freaking state. Unripe bananas. Toy sized dogs. myfriendspacebook. Soggy french fries. Running out of hot water in the shower. Stop signs. Nightly nightmares. Miracle Whip. Everything.

Things that would make me feel better: These. A few of these. Maybe a little of this. A beer from this place. Him. Being here. Eating an entire bowlful of these delicious, delicious morsels of goodness. Hanging out with her. Wearing this.

Blah.

I, too was never allowed to say hate growing up (but only about another human being). The parentals told me that to hate someone is like murder in your heart. I still to this day never say I hate someone, only that I hate what they do. But I DO hate numerous things.

And here's where you may say 'Step Right Up, I hate you!'...I have a photo of me and Rudy G. But don't say you hate me, say you hate what I do/have done.

Blythe, I turn to you for bloggy goodness to get me started on the right foot for the weekend. And what is that crap in the bowl? Grosscakes.

SRU - of course i don't hate you. of course not. i don't even severely dislike you!

cherry - sorry, kid. i'm down in the dumps. you know how it is. perhaps things will pick up later today when i'm down in the dumps, but drunk. in the meantime, that "grosscakes" in the bowl is the most delicious thing ever. seafood dumplings from the cottage in NYC. delicate seafood stuffed dumplings steamed and covered in a spicy sauce of soy, sesame oil, garlic chili paste and magic. they are the best thing my ex bf ever did for me. hands down.

Yay! Come hang out with me in NYC. I miss you, too.

Btw, everything was fine--no problems, no nothing.

In other fun news, am going to a dinner held by the intimidating sister of the New Guy. Eep. AND I have to prep to teach the GRE this afternoon for the first time in about 3 years. Double eep.

Unripe bananas that are still crunchy are even nastier than Giuliani! Blech! But if I'd met him 5 years ago when I still thought he was an alright kinda guy, I'd probably have taken a picture with him too...

Um, and I am going to assume that toy sized dogs don't include chihuahua/pug rescues... Because if it does, tell me now so I can blacklist your blog forever.

I'm feeling pretty hate-y today, too. *high five*

I think I'll go punch something and then get drunk.
