I always feel like they've taken me everywhere they've needed to go, done everything for me, been there for me, but I've let them doubt, be it not putting oil in, getting cheap gas, grinding the breaks, throwing McDonalds bags anywhere I please. It's much like the way I feel after a break-up. That's good. I'm using that. Don't anybody steal it!Dr. Kenneth Noisewaterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06293248808640989299noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33904665.post-84649146908636732662008-11-14T19:14:00.000-05:002008-11-14T19:14:00.000-05:00Wait, you seriously think Diet Pepsi is as bad as ...Wait, you seriously think Diet Pepsi is as bad as Nickleback? The car will run without an alternator, but there won't be anything to charge the battery.

So, the math is easy: divide the cost of the new alternator (lets make it easy and say it's $500) by the cost of an el cheapo car battery (lets say $20) to get the number of batteries you could buy instead of a new alternator (25). So, with each battery lasting maybe 2 or 3 days (I've never actually tried this), you could have up to about 75 days to sell this car to someone else who doesn't know it's got a bad alternator.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17949768989857720853noreply@blogger.com
